What Should I Do With My Hair?

I haven't done anything with my hair since I came back to Kotlik last August. I can't even remember if I managed to get it trimmed any of the times I was out of the village. So, before I get on a plane to the Lower 48, what should I have the nice folks at the hair salon do to my hair? Right now, it's about as long as in my icon, with lots and lots of split ends and breakage.
