The Here and Now

Bed sometime between 2 and 3 AM
Up between 10 and 11 AM
Puppy out
Puppy breakfast
Me breakfast... Usually interrupted by another puppy outing, and then finish breakfast
Start to get ready for a good walk
Somehow it's 1:00 PM by the time we leave.
And our 45 minute outing gets us back right around 3:00 PM.
Puppy lunch
Me... Puppy out
Me... Puppy demands attention
Me lunch
Sit down, exhausted, to get a few minutes rest and check email and so forth.
Now it's 5:00 and the puppy needs to go out.
Do a little training and give the puppy a bone or something else to occupy him for a while
Usually get about an hour to do something, and just as often squandered by sitting down, again.
Then it's 7:00, and time for the puppy's dinner.
Then the evening walk, and now it's 8:30 or 9:00
Me dinner
Puppy out
If the puppy isn't teething too badly, he'll nap until 11 or 12, and I can get some relaxation/social time in, online.
If there's too much teething, then I get some social/relaxation time, but it's punctuated with frequent attempts to find something else to soothe the puppy, and more frequent outings.
Then the curfew siren blows around midnight, and if the puppy was asleep, he's not anymore. If I'm clever, I can get him out to piddle and come back in and be ready for bed by 1. More often it's around 2.
Then we start all over again.
My schedule as it will be once school starts:
6:00 Get up - Get Puppy Out
Puppy Breakfast
6:30 Me Breakfast
Puppy Walk
7:30 - Shower
8:00 - School
12:30 - Puppy out, Lunch, Puppy Lunch, Puppy out
1:00 - School
4:00 - Puppy Walk
5:00 - Puppy Dinner
Puppy out
Me Dinner
*Stuff*
9:00 Puppy out
Bed.
That's... A long way apart.
So... My plan. We'll see if I can manage, but my /plan/:
Starting Monday:
9:00 - Get up, Puppy out, Puppy Breakfast
9:30 - Me Breakfast
Puppy Walk
11:30 - Shower
12:00 - Leave the house (without the puppy)
1:00 - Puppy out, Puppy Lunch, Me Lunch
1:30 - Puppy Walk
3:00 - Leave the house (without the puppy)
5:00 - Puppy out, Training, Puppy Dinner, Me dinner
6:00 - Puppy Walk
7:00 - Relax
12:00 (or curfew whistle) - Puppy Out, Get ready for bed
Then, after we go to Anchorage at the end of the month, I can shift that to earlier, and extend the time I'm gone.
That SHOULD be possible. It doesn't look hard.
